ONION SOUFFLE

Ingredients

  • 3 packs cream cheese-softened
  • 12 to 16 oz. bag frozen onions (squeeze water out)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • chives (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all ingredients together leaving onions for last. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in an 8 X 8 dish at 450 for 20-30 minutes. Per Deb--she bakes hers 25-28 minutes. Recipe can be doubled. Serve with corn chips (Fritos).
