Ingredients
- 1 qt vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c canned pumpkin
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t ginger
- 1/4 t salt
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of ground cloves
- graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Let ice cream soften. Mix together pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg and cloves. Stir in ice cream. Spread mixture evenly into the crust. Cover and freeze for four hours or until firm.
