Arugula,Pear,Blue Cheese Salad
By GadgetGirl
A classic Arugula-Pear-Blue Cheese Salad pairs perfectly with most entrees. For a more pungent flavor, use gorgonzola cheese. Dr. L. Reisling is delicate and crisp and would pair well with this salad.
