Ingredients
- 1 Acorn Squash
- Salt & Pepper
- Maple Syrup
- 1/4 lb. Butter or Margarine
- Cinnamon
- Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Slice squash in half and remove seeds. Then slice squash and place in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle maple syrup over squash according to taste. Pour melted butter over squash and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until squash is soft.
