Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2-10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
  • 2 cups dried herb seasoned stuffing mix, (not cubes)
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients mixing well. Roll into balls and freeze. Bake frozen on cookie sheet at 350-degrees for 10 min.
