Ingredients
- 1 can corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 egg
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 8-oz container sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients. Pour into baking dish and cook aprox 1 hour or till brown
