Bisquick Chocolate Cherry Scones

Ingredients

  • 2 c Bisquick mix
  • 1/3 finely chopped cherries
  • 1/3 c mini chocolate chips
  • 3 T granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c heavy whipping cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T milk
  • 1 T decorator sugar crystals

Preparation

Step 1

Grease cookie sheet with PAM. Stir Bisquick, cherries, chips and sugar, whipping cream and egg until it forms a soft dough. put dough on surface sprinkled with Bisquick. Shape into balls. Knead dough times. Pat dough into 8 circle on cookie sheet. Brush dough with milk and sprinkle with sugar crystals. Cut into 8wedges, do not separate. Bake at 425 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. Cut into wedges. Serve warm Can use dried fruit, apricots, cranberries, almonds or other flavor chips, coconut, walnuts or raisins.
