Ingredients
- 1 lb trimmed green beans
- 2 strips crumbled bacon
- 1/4 c shallots
- 2 tb white wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Boil green beans 3 min, drain
Cook bacon, crumble
Add shallots to bacon grease, 3 min
add white wine vin, 1 min
Add green beans, toss to coat
Sprinkle with bacon crumbles
