Ingredients
- 4 medium red potatoes, sliced
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 1 1/2 cubed fully cooked ham
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 (10.5 oz)cream of celery soup (I use cream of onion)
- 1 1/3 c water
- 1 c cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker, layer potatoes, onions, and ham. In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper until smooth. Bring to boil, stirring for 2 minutes. Combine soup and water. Add flour mixture. Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
