Asian Chicken Noodles

Ingredients

  • Linguini,cooked al dente (enough for 2)
  • Vegetable or other cooking oil
  • Vegetable medley (carrots, broccoli, Asian peas, sliced zucchini, onion)
  • Cashews (a good handful)
  • chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
  • Chow Mein noodles
  • Sauce
  • Asian ginger sauce or
  • 1/2 C soy sauce
  • 1/3 C orange juice
  • Garlic to taste
  • 2 t ginger
  • 1 T sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Saute veg in oil until tender-crisp, then add cashews, mix in the linguini and when all is warmed through, add the sauce and cooked chicken breast. Heat through

Plate and serve with chow mein noodles.
