Ingredients
- Linguini,cooked al dente (enough for 2)
- Vegetable or other cooking oil
- Vegetable medley (carrots, broccoli, Asian peas, sliced zucchini, onion)
- Cashews (a good handful)
- chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
- Chow Mein noodles
- Sauce
- Asian ginger sauce or
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1/3 C orange juice
- Garlic to taste
- 2 t ginger
- 1 T sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Saute veg in oil until tender-crisp, then add cashews, mix in the linguini and when all is warmed through, add the sauce and cooked chicken breast. Heat through
Plate and serve with chow mein noodles.
