Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • Seeds from a pumpkin
  • olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Boil seeds with 1t salt water. Simmer over low-medium heat uncovered for 10 minutes. Drain seeds and dry lightly with towel. Spread onto baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a generous amount of salt. Roast at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir and roast 8-10 minutes longer. Should not be brown.
