Mussels

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Dried Chili's
  • 3-4 Spicy Chorizo Sausage
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2-3 Shallots sliced
  • 2-3 Garlic chopped
  • 1 Large can tomatoe
  • 1.5 cups white wine
  • 2 Sprigs fresh Thyme
  • 1 Large package Fresh Mussels(Costco)

Preparation

Step 1

1. In heavy dutch oven pan heat oil, add garlic, shallots, dried chopped chili's and chopped up sausage. Remove once cooked
2. Add to pot tomatoes and wine, sprigs of Thyme. Bring to a boil.
Add the mussels and sausage and cook until mussels open
Serve with warm bread for dipping
