Crock-Pot Macaroni and Cheese

  • 1 box (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 container (16 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 cups shredded cheese, any variety
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 crockpot liner

Preparation

Step 1

Put liner inside crockpot. Pour in all other ingredients, in the order they are listed. No need to mix; put lid on crockpot, and cook on HIGH for 2 ½ hours. Stir and serve.

(Can also transfer to another bowl/container when ready to serve, if desired.)
