Ingredients

  • 6 par boiled Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1/2 c. Crab Meat
  • 1 c. Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 c. Diced Tomato
  • 1/4 c. Chopped Scallions
  • 1 t-spoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/8 t-spoon Thyme
  • 1/4 t-spoon Salt
  • 1/8 t-spoon Coarse Black Pepper
  • 2 oz. Sherry
  • 2 oz. White Wine
  • 2 Tbl-spoons Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and saute with garlic, add tomato, pepper, salt and thyme. Keep on high heat until tomatoes are tender. Add shrimp, crab, scallions then stir in sherry and white wine. Simmer 1 minute to cook off alcohol. Add heavy cream, bring to a boil - add a butter roux and mix in until desired consistency is reached.
