Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
- 1 Tablesppon all-purpose flour
- 2 Tablesppon butter
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Rosemary
- 1 cup dry white wine
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Thinly slice beef. Toss in a bowl with salt and pepper. Heat 1Tablespoon of olive oil and butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Sautee beef in 2-3 batches until no longer red on outside(about 2minutes). Place meat on plate. Add more oil if needed and sautée garlic and rosemary until brown.about 1-2 minutes. Add wine, salt and pepper. And boil. Return beef and heat through.
