Strawberry-Coconut Lassi

  • 1 1/2 cups halved, hulled strawberries
  • 2/3 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 TBS sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frosty.

Makes 2 servings. Each serving = 4 Weight Watchers points.
