Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups halved, hulled strawberries
- 2/3 cup ice
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 TBS sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frosty.
Makes 2 servings. Each serving = 4 Weight Watchers points.
