Herb Marinated Feta and Olives

Ingredients

  • 1 T whole Cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp whole coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp dried crushed red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1 1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 oz assorted brine cured green and black olives
  • 3 T minced fresh basil
  • 2 T minced fresh cilantro
  • 8 oz fets cheese, cut into 1/2 inch squares.
  • 1 French bread baguette, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

combine ingredients and let it marinade in refridgerator for up to one week before eating.
