Ingredients
- 2 cans 10 3/4 oz cream of celery soup
- 2 cups 16 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 pkg 28 oz each frozen obrien potatoes
- 1 pkg 16 oz velveeta cheese cubed
- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine the soup, sour cream, water and pepper. Stir in the potatoes, cheese and ham.
Tranfer to 13 x 9 baking dish. Cover and bake casserole at 375 for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 munutes longer or until bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
