Bean & Sausage Soup Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • 1 . chopped onion
  • 1/2 (16oz.) pkg. light smoked turkey sausage, thinly sliced
  • 1 16oz. can navy beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 15oz. can Great Northern beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 c. fat-free, less sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 t. ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion and sausage in a large saucepan over medium-high heat 5 min. Stir in beans and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 min or until soup thickens slightly.
