Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Brussels Sprouts, quartered
- 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 10 Slices Bacon, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbs. Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, toss Brussels Sprouts with olive oil and salt. Place on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil. bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until tender. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp. Using a slotted spoon, remove bacon; drain on paper towel. Reserve 1/4 cup drippings in skillet. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, for 6 minutes or until mixture is reduced by half. Drizzle over sprouts, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with bacon. Serves 10-12.
