Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium chicken bouillon
- 1 can (10.75 oz) low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 cup shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bag (10 oz) frozen broccoli, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients except broccoli, in 4-quart or larger slow cooker. Stir in 3 cups water.
2. Cook on low 4 to 5 hours or high 1 to 2 hours.
3. Stir in broccoli and cook 1 more hour.
