Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp. white sugar
- 20-oz. can crushed pineapple
- 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 package Dream Whip
- Canned cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Mix and press into a 9" x 13" pan.
Drain crushed pineapple and add to cream cheese. Work in icing sugar.
Beat Dream Whip acccording to package instructions and fold into mixture.
Place this mixture on top of graham cracker crust and refrigerate until firm.
Top with canned cherry pie filling.
Note: Make sure cream cheese is left at room temperature to soften before using. Just before placing this mixyture on crust, use electric beater so that there are no lumps of cream cheese.
