Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup packed parsley leaves
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 Baguette, Halved Lengthwise
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Boiler to High
Puree parsley, butter oil, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper in a mini food processor until smooth.
Spread parsley mixture over cut sides of bread and broil on a baking sheet until edges are golden, 4 minutes.
