Spinach Mandarin Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 6-ounce package spinach
  • 1 15-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 8-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced, separated into rings
  • 1/2 c. balsamic vinaigrette

Preparation

Step 1

Combine spinach, fruit and onion in a large serving bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss to evenly coat.

Note: Soak sliced red onion rings in ice cold water to remove some of the bite and after-breath.
