Ingredients
- 1 medium mango, peeled & diced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 c white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp dried ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c minced green onions
- 1/4 c raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes
