Mushrooms with Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbs chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Slice mushrooms.

In a saucepan melt butter and combine with garlic, lemon and parsley; set aside.

Place mushrooms on a sheet of aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper, then pour butter mixture over mushrooms.

Fold foil and roll up edges to seal. Cook on a hot grill for 8 to 12 minutes or until foil puffs up.
