Ingredients
- 10 cups coarsely chopped red cooking apples (about 3 pounds).
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; Simmer for 1 hour or until apples are tender, stiring occasionally.
