Ingredients
- 500 grams cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tin cherry pie filling
- 1 package vanilla wafer
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first five ingredient until smooth.
Line muffin pan with medium muffin papers. Place a vanilla wafer in each muffin cup. Fill each cup 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Top with 1 teaspoon cherry pie filling.
Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
