  • Mushrooms
  • Asparagus
  • 2 tbsp safflower oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

preheat to 400.

combine liquid. brush fish with liquid. toss veggies in liguid.

put fish and veggies in parchment packet.

cook for 10-12 minutes.

eat.
