Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz) can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 1/2 oz) box corn muffin mix
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9x13" pan or casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 min. or until lightly browned.
