Ingredients
- Drain 1 lb, 4 oz can Dole blue label pineapple chunks reserving 1/2 cup syrup.
- Combine one package instant French vanilla pudding mix with one cup whipping or sour cream.
- Beat until thick.
- Beat in pineapple syrup.
- Pour into 8" graham cracker pie shell.
- Spoon drained pineapple chunks over pudding.
- Glaze with one cup cooled, melted apricot preserves.
