Tomato Bread Salad****

Ingredients

  • 1/2 # day old Italian bread
  • 3 cups ripe tomato chunks
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion rings
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1/3 cup olives(halved lengthwise)

Preparation

Step 1

-Cut bread into 1/2" chunks.
-Combine tomato and onion slices into large bowl.
-Pour dressing over vegetables and stir to combine.
-Add cheese and olives, stir again.
-Finally add the bread, stir and let salad sit to let the flavors combine.
