Triple A Salad (Arugula, Avocado, & Almonds)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups arugula (I mixed two types)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup Marcona almonds
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 2 T. white grape balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of pepper

Preparation

Toss all ingredients and serve.
