Ingredients
- 4 large apples
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnomon
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into bits.
Preparation
Step 1
Butter an 8 inch square baking pan.
Peel, half and core apples. Slice. Place in baking dish.
Combine flour, brown sugar and cinnomon. Add butter and cut in with pastry blender or fingertips until butter is little bits.
Sprinkle mixture over apples.
Bake in preheated 375* oven until apples are very tender, 50 to 60 mins.
