Cranberry Relish with Fresh Grapes

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz pkg of fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 orange, zest cut into strips
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, split down the middle

Preparation

Step 1

1 Put cranberries, sugar, cinnamon and zest into sauce pan over med heat and simmer until cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15-20 min.

2. Cool and refrigerate.

3. Remove the cinnamon stick and add split grapes just prior to serving.
