Ricotta Spinach Rolls - Nuwave oven

Ingredients

  • 8 Lasagna noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

ook spinach accoring to package directions.
Drain and squeeze out excess water from spanach. Blend together spinach, cheeses, pepper and egg. Place spinach mixture on each noodle Roll each one and place on its side in the liner pan which has been lightly greased and small amount of sauce added . Cover with sauce. Bake in the NuWave on power level HI for 15 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy!
