Ingredients

  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Butter Milk
  • Flour
  • Crackers (crushed)

Preparation

Step 1

Pound out cuts of tenderloin to 1/4-1/8 in thick. Dip pounded cuts in buttermilk then flour then buttermilk then cracker crumbs.
Deep fry to a golden brown.
