Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. linguini
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 3 oz. peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 oz. toasted sesame oil
- Hot chili oil (to taste)
- 2 oz. sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup scallions
- 1/4 lb. cucumber
Preparation
Step 1
Boil, rinse, drain pasta. Peel, seed, and cut cucumber into 1/4" dice. Thinly slice scallions. Toast sesame seeds. Place the garlic, vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a blender and process for 1 minute. Add the peanut butter and process for another minute. While the motor is running, drizzle in the oils. Toss everything together.
