Lemon Tossed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • Haricot Verts (bunch)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • Oregano
  • Mint

Preparation

Step 1

Toss haricot verts with olive oil and sea salt.
Spread out on a baking sheet - add some pepper.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
In bowl grate some lemon zest (use juice of one lemon).
Mix haricot verts around and bake another 15 minutes or until browned.
Toss haricot verts in the lemon mixture.

Optional: toss with mint and oregano
