Ingredients
- 3/4 c peach preserves
- 1/4 c light soy sauce
- 2 T ginger root
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 t asian hot chilie sauce (sriracha)
- 1 medium eggplan 1/2" slices
- 2 large zucchini cut diagonally into 1/2" slices
- 2 summer squash cut diagonally into 1/1 inch slices
- 3 assorted sweet peppers, seeds removed cut into 4 pieces
- 4 T veg oil
- 1 package cooked chicken and apple sausages
- 1/2 pound whole wheat spaghetti
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together sauce ingredients, cook veggies and sausage on med-high grill and brush with sauce. Toss veggies, pasta and remaining sauce.
