Cold Orzo Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry orzo, cooked
  • 1 red pepper chopper, or use mancini peppers in the jar
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 1 small container feta cheese
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • mix above together

Preparation

Step 1

mix:
3 tbs red wine vinegar
3 tbs olive oil
1 tbs chopped basil
1 pkg ranch dip original

then add to orzo salad
