Nut Crusted Tilapia

This is an incredible way to eat this flavorful fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 4 Tilapia filets
  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • milk
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 cup salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Finely chop the pecans in a food processor.

Season both sides of the filets with salt and pepper.

Dredge fish in flour, dip in milk, and then coat with the nuts.

Heat thin layer of canola oil in skillet over medium high heat. Turn once about 5 minutes in all. Stir juice of 1/2 lime into salsa and serve on top.
