Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS prepared horseradish
- 2 TBS fresh tarragon, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in small bowl to blend. Season with Salt & Pepper. (Can be made up to 1 day ahead).
Cover; chill.
