Ingredients
- 8 slices boneless turkey breast
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup each water and flour
- 1/4 cups sesame seeds
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- oil
- lemon slices and parsley
Preparation
Step 1
On foil or plastic wrap beat turkey slices with a mallet to flatten. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.
In small bowl, beat together eggs and water.
In seperate bowl, combine flour and sesame seeds. Place bread crumbs in third bowl.
Dip each turkey slic first into flour, coating well and shaking off excess, then into egg mix, and finally into bread crumbs, covering both sides well.
Heat about 2 Tbsp oil in skillet.
Place a few turkey slices into heated oil. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve garnished with lemon and parsley.
