Ingredients
- 9 carrots (1 1/2 lbs) quartered and cut into 2 inches
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, bring the carrots, sugar, butter, pinch salt and 1/2 cup water to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer partly covered for 6 minutes.
Cook uncovered over high heat for 3-4 minutes, tossing often. Season with pepper.
