Ingredients
- 4 bunches bok choy
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup carrots -- sliced thin
Preparation
Step 1
Chop bok choy and carrots.
Heat olive oil. Stir fry carrots one minute. Add bok choy and all other
ingredients except sesame oil.
Simmer about two minutes Add a few drops of sesame oil.
