Ingredients
- Potatoes:
- 3 C. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 C. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Topping:
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 C. flour
- 1/2 C. pecans, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine potato ingredients. Pour into 2-qt. casserole.
2. Make topping by melting butter in small saucepan; then add brown sugar, flour and pecans. Sprinkle over the potatoes.
3. Bake uncoverd at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
