Spinach and Arugula Salad

A mouth-watering salad full of flavor, texture, nutrients and antioxidants!

Ingredients
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of arugula
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 or 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp Trader Joe's Champagne Pear vinaigrette
Preparation
Step 1
Mix spinach, arugula, avocado and blueberries together.
Allow to sit in fridge for a couple hours, or until blueberries have thawed. (The juices that come out mix with all the other flavors, yum!)
Add sunflower seeds and dressing when ready to eat.
Toss, enjoy!
