  • 1-1/3 cup French’s fried onions
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1.Crush fried onions in a plastic bag.
2.Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
3.Bake 20 min. at 400F. until cooked through.
