Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 Cups FRENCH's original or Cheddar french fried onions
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place onion onions in a plastic bag and crush them with hands or using a rolling pin.

2. Depending on thickness of chicken pieces, pound to make them even.

3. Dip chicken into egg, then coat with onion pieces.

3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
